We love offering free shipping to our customers! However, we need to have some guidelines in place in the unlikely event that a package doesn't reach its destination. Shipments that are lost in transit will be reshipped as soon as we receive them back. Please double check the shipping address provided to us at checkout before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for lost shipments when an incorrect address was provided to us. We will not replace or refund packages shown as delivered, no exceptions. Please contact your local postal office to file a claim if you did not receive a package shown as delivered. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping charge. We will reship the order to the corrected location once the reshipping charge has been collected.
